Design/Development & Iteration (rigorous testing)
We design and build in short iterations with rigorous testing, so stakeholders see working software early and often.

Deployment, Training, Monitoring, and Ongoing Maintenance
We deploy, train the people who will run it, monitor it in production, and stay on for maintenance.
